Visioning/Strategic Planning Facilitation
I facilitate sessions (two-hour, half-day, full-day) with small (6 people) to large (up to 35) groups focusing on visioning possible futures for an organization, as well as long-term strategic planning. I meet with your team to develop ideas and facilitate discussion and provide a summary to your team to use in developing a long-term strategic map. I also write/edit strategic plans as part of this process.
Content Strategy and Development
I assist organizations in developing content strategy that delivers clear, relevant and authentic communications to stakeholder groups (customers, employees, donors, etc.) who matter most to your success. Based on my numerous experiences, including serving as a freelance business journalist, leading a corporate communications department for a large financial services company, and building content marketing programs (including social media programs) for my clients, I understand how to develop, implement and measure content marketing that drives results.
